Overview

As The Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales and deliver strong customer service.
  • Ensure seamless store operations and a high standard of store presentation.
  • Foster a positive, engaging environment that motivates the team to perform at their best.
Qualifications
  • Proven retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail; you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
