We're expanding a team after winning some new business and currently seeking a passionate Coordinator with a focus on attention to detail and great communication skills. YOUR TEAM The Implementation & Activation (I&A) team is a dynamic, collaborative group responsible for delivering best-in-class planning and activation across traditional media channels. Fully embedded within client teams, we work closely with stakeholders to bring campaigns to life — from offline and digital media to sponsorships and analytics. This is a new client which gives you the chance to be a part of building great relationships from scratch and collaborating on fresh projects. We make a point of welcoming new team members with a buddy system. You'll be surrounded by a supportive structure of Executives, Managers, and Directors, with plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced peers across the business. We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 2-3 days per week. YOUR ROLE Location: Sydney The Implementation & Activation Coordinator is a critical foundational role, establishing operational excellence and responsible for supporting day-to[1]day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
