Your Mission

This role isn't about babysitting a pipeline, it's about owning it. You'll drive performance across inside sales teams in Australia, the US, and the UK, scale systems that work while you sleep, and build a team culture that smashes targets and loves the ride.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead & Coach global Visual Sales Designers with energy and accountability
  • Smash Targets across AU/US/UK markets — with a player/coach mindset
  • Optimise Systems in Hubspot, ensuring every lead is worked with speed and smarts
  • Drive Growth by partnering with Marketing to convert high-quality inbound leads
  • Own Key Accounts and start building the enterprise pipeline
  • Build Culture — recruit, train, and energise a team that reflects a bold DNA
  • Report Results and bring data to life through clear dashboards and insights

  • A hands-on leader who's built or led high-performance sales teams
  • A coach, not a commander, you raise the bar through teaching
  • A strategic thinker who thrives on process, optimisation, and creative growth
  • A values-first operator who embodies boldness, authenticity, and care
  • Worked in a scale-up or founder-led business is a bonus
