Our multi-disciplinary team supports the community with services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.

Job Description

We're currently inviting Speech Pathologists—from new graduates to experienced clinicians—to join our growing team in the Northern NSW region, supporting participants in Ballina, Byron Bay, and Mullumbimby.

Your Role Will Include

Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful waySupporting participants across settings—home, school, and the broader communityUsing clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goalsDelivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of lifeCollaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary teamMentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists)Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements

What We're Looking For

Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaPost-graduate experience as a Speech PathologistStrong organisational and time management skillsA proactive, growth-oriented mindsetA fun, team-first approach to workA genuine passion for working in the disability sector
