Bus Driver

Overview

Join to apply for the Bus Driver role at Busways Group in Windsor depot. We currently have multiple positions available for Casual Bus Drivers at our Windsor depot. We are looking for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to service their community, whilst delivering the best experience possible to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses to service routes as part of local community transport.
• Provide high-quality customer service and safety on board.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Medium Rigid (MR) or above driver's licence
• A good driving history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check and working with children check
• Have a current NSW Driver Authority is highly desired (or be willing to obtain one)

What We Offer

• Industry leading rates: $43.59 per hour Weekday (shift loadings 15%–100%)
• Higher rates on weekends and public holidays: $60.36 (Sat) $80.48 (Sun) $100.60 (PH)

About Us

Hours of Work

Drivers must be willing and flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, early mornings and late nights. Split shifts are common to cover peak service times, with some straight shifts available. All depots operate seven days per week with Sunday and public holiday shifts being voluntary overtime.
