Field Visual Merchandiser - Western Australia

Join Harris Scarfe Australia as a Field Visual Merchandiser. This role focuses on bringing the brand vision to life across multiple stores, balancing creativity with commercial impact to inspire customers and drive store performance.

Responsibilities
  • Store Presentation: Elevate and maintain execution standards through regular training and collaboration with store teams
  • Team Engagement: Lead by example and work alongside in-store teams delivering execution excellence for customers
  • Coaching and Training: Coach and mentor store teams on company guidelines within execution standards and direction
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales data to maximise commercial execution decisions and drive store performance
  • Time Management: Proactively organise and plan time to complete tasks, goals, and responsibilities in a timely manner
What You Bring
  • Experience in a similar in-store VM or Area VM role
  • A flair for creativity with a strong eye for design and detail
  • Confidence using VM guidelines and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration ability
  • Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel to various locations; must have a full driver's license
  • Full-time availability 38 hours per week or Part-Time 4 days per week (30-32 hours)
  • Full Australian working rights
