Chargrill Charlie's is more than a chicken shop; it's an Aussie icon. Since 1989 our team has focused on delivering quality, consistent product and a memorable customer experience. We're looking for restaurant cooks who want to contribute to Chargrill Charlie's stellar reputation by ensuring product quality and consistency and by supporting the Kitchen Manager.
Responsibilities- Provide support to the Kitchen Manager and lead by example in store maintenance, policy adherence, and OH&S compliance.
- Contribute to controlling stock levels and help maximise profitability while ensuring the restaurant exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain product quality and consistency across all prepared items.
- Accountable, calm under pressure, and passionate about driving the business forward.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is useful.
- Strong communication with fellow employees and customers; able to work well as part of a team.
- Self-driven and results-oriented attitude.
