About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager at our NEW Auburn store, you will be responsible for leading our Production team.

A typical day might include:

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the production room
  2. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and apply creative thinking to increase store sales and profits
  3. Leading by example and role-modelling outstanding customer service by meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors
  4. Welcoming and training new team members into our business, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles.
  5. Coaching a team member on meeting their targets
  6. Leading a team safety meeting

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

  1. Availability for full time hours Monday - Friday
  2. Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing, hospitality or other customer focused industries
  3. Strong communication and coaching skills – you know how to empower and inspire your team to achieve their goals
  4. Impact driven – you want to make an impact on your team and your community
  5. Customer focused – we make service count, so you will need to be passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction with our valued customers and donors
  6. Eager to learn – you are always looking to find a better way, adapt and improve
  7. Do the right thing – you are passionate about standing up for what's right and doing what you say you will
