Thrive is on the hunt for a bold, curious, and articulate Senior Consultant to help lead our growing tech, B2B and corporate portfolio. You'll bring a passion for smart, high-impact communications that build reputation and cut through the noise — from fintechs to global innovators.

In this role, you'll act as a senior counsel and trusted advisor to clients, building and protecting their reputation while driving powerful, newsworthy narratives. You'll thrive on working in partnership with C-suite stakeholders, confidently challenging and positively shaping the agenda to deliver strong, strategic, and future-focused outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Provide high-level counsel and strategic advice to senior clients, including C-suite leaders
• Craft compelling narratives to build and protect reputation, with a focus on business, innovation and corporate storytelling
• Confidently challenge and positively influence — bringing a proactive, solutions-first mindset to the table
• Drive conversations around technology, B2B, and emerging innovation for clients and Thrive alike
• Be hungry to discover, learn, teach and share — a natural knowledge-sharer and thought leader
• Lead integrated communications campaigns that balance corporate, media, social and content execution
• Drive and contribute to new business opportunities and pitch development with confidence
• Inspire and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• Present ideas with polish, passion, and precision
• Build relationships across media, industry networks, creative partners and clients that go beyond transactional

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in B2B, technology, fintech and corporate communications
• Proven expertise managing senior stakeholders, including the confidence to challenge and guide them
• Sharp strategic thinking and high-level writing skills - particularly in a B2B context
• A deep understanding of corporate storytelling and narrative building
• Passion for technology, innovation and the role they play in culture and business
• A collaborative mindset, with the drive to lift the team and the work
• Strong new business skills and the ability to deliver winning pitches
• A growth mindset — hungry to adopt new tech, tools and ways of thinking
• 10+ years' experience in PR or integrated comms, with strong agency or in-house background
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
