Overview

Christmas Casual Opportunities - Central Newcastle – The Good Guys.

Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability. Stores: Kotara; Warners Bay.

Responsibilities
  • Interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
  • Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
  • Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.
Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home appliances and consumer electronics.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
  • Customer focused and results driven.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
Availability

Peak period availability (September 2025 to February 2026). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
