Overview

BGIS is seeking a Maintenance Plumber in Sydney to provide both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across various commercial clients.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance
  • Install new plumbing fixtures or replace end-of-life assets
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot and identify defective plumbing and design issues
  • Inspect and identify leaks, including plumbing and roofing
  • Provide cost-effective but comprehensive repairs that deliver value and quality for clients
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with team members and clients
  • Participate in an on-call roster with excellent OT/penalty rates
Skills & Experience
  • Cert 3 - Plumbing
  • Strong Commercial Maintenance Experience
  • White Card
  • Driving Licence
  • TMV Ticket (Desirable)
  • Backflow Prevention Experience (Desirable)
  • Cert 4 (Desirable)
