We're on the lookout for a Salesforce Developer with strong CPQ experience to join our Business Systems team. You'll help design and deliver robust, end-to-end CPQ solutions and custom development across our Salesforce platform. From configuring pricing rules and approval workflows to building Lightning Web Components and integrating with external systems like NetSuite, you'll be central to how we streamline operations and scale for the future.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Product, and Engineering to create seamless quote-to-cash experiences and ensure data flows smoothly across our platforms. Your work will have real business impact – and the satisfaction of helping power a mission-driven company doing good in the world.

This is a remote-first role (Australia-based), or you can join us in our Sydney HQ.

What you'll be doing:

As our Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Design, configure and deliver Salesforce CPQ solutions – including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval processes.
• Build custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend functionality and enhance the user experience.
• Develop APIs and integrations with external systems like NetSuite, pricing platforms, and billing tools.
• Support platform enhancements, bug fixes, and process optimisation.
• Collaborate across teams to align technical delivery with business needs and continuously improve system reliability and performance.

What you'll bring with you:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, including configuration and customisation.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and LWC.
• Experience with Sales and Service Clouds; exposure to Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
