Sydney / NSW Field Visual Merchandiser – Nike

About The Role

This role will be working with our key retail partner Nike, as a fully integrated Field Visual Merchandiser. You will be working next to Nike's Visual Merchandising Managers, Retail Marketing team, as well as Booms Key account managers, industrial designers and production teams.

Position Description

Core Roles & Responsibilities

• Uphold Nike's Visual Merchandising and Styling Brand Standards across the retail PACIFIC marketplace
• Conduct in person store visits and execute, support and guide VM updates in store, in partnership with retail teams
• Support, train and hold store teams to account with regards to VM Brand Standards
• Identify commercial opportunities and make updates to better the stores retail outcomes
• Support campaign executions in retail
  
  

(Out of hours work required during campaign weeks -one week per month)

• Take and coordinate store visit photos and recaps, including usual store visits, seasonal set ups, campaign executions etc.
• Support the delivery of Nike VM Training across the marketplace
• Support & Execute Nike Brand Spaces & Events when required
• Support PGTM (Partner Go To Market) team with seasonal showroom execution for Marketplace sell ins.
• Support VM Managers on new store opening plans and executions
  
  

Your Skills

• 3+ years of Visual Merchandising experience, preferable across a multi-site position or large retailor
• Have extensive knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles, store planning and product planning
• Have strong experience creating Visual Merchandising tools, including training manuals, floor plans and product microplans
• Have a strong sense of style and an interest in sport and fashion trends
• Be a great problem solver with the ability to spin plates and think on your feet.
• Be adaptable and a great team player.
• A good sales acumen.
• Strong leadership and drive to be the best in your field.
• A passion for the industry and what you do.
• An ability to work in high pressure situations while maintaining a sense of humour and a smile.
• Have a great eye for detail.
• Possess impeccable presentation and people skills.
