What does the role involve?

  • Creating a supportive environment for team members
  • Managing sales budgets and delivery targets
  • Handling rotas, holidays, and sickness
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Maintaining a welcoming, safe, and friendly showroom environment
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff
  • Reviewing team performance
  • Complying with health and safety policies and legislation
