Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key point of contact for participants, families, and the community, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing information and guidance on the NDIS and other supports.

  • Answer inquiries, provide information and explain the NDIS to people with disability, their family and the broader community.
  • Assist with administration and coordination tasks including bookings and calendar management of Local Area Coordination services across Australia.
  • Ensure accurate recording of records, information, contacts and activities in the NDIS CRM system.
  • Assist in gathering information and mapping available community resources and non-funded supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
  2. Strong time management and organisational skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in telephone techniques.
  4. Person-centered approach, respecting confidentiality and professional integrity.
  5. Genuine commitment to empowering Australians with disabilities.
  6. Dedication to upholding Feros Care values and NDIS core pillars.
