We are looking for a data-driven Sales Intelligence Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This role is a go-to business partner for executives and sales teams and will deliver data-led, actionable insights to support effective annual go-to-market planning, in-quarter execution, and continuous improvement across processes and systems with cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with Region Sales leaders to establish key business metrics aligned to sales strategies and priorities to drive growth
• Facilitate Sales Forecasting activities in partnership with the Sales leadership team
• Hold Sales accountable to follow CrowdStrike Opportunity Management Operating Principles and Salesforce Hygiene requirements
• Customer and transactional data management, organization and hygiene
• Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic and tactical reporting and presentations as required by business stakeholders
• Provide leadership with data-led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities to execute the plan (where to focus and why, progress metrics and reporting)
• Drive effective onboarding and training of Operational Tools and Processes for sales reps
• Partner with Revenue Optimization team to drive deal effectiveness, revenue optimization and execute CrowdStrike policies with cross-functional alignment with CPQ, Deal Desk, Finance, Renewals, Commissions, HR and Legal teams

Sales Territory & Resource Planning

• Collaborate with APJ Sales Operations leader, HR, Finance and Sales Executives to plan coverage models and hiring plans
• Support APJ Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Capacity Planning in partnership with Sales leaders, Finance, HR, Territory Operations Organisation to build scalable capabilities that support APJ growth plans and revenue targets

Change and Improve the Business

• Identifying, with data and root cause analysis areas for improvement
• Participate in planning and implementing changes
• Develop and enhance effective working relationships with global and regional functions across CrowdStrike to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the APJ business in delivering value to customers and to the Company

Tech Savvy & Excited to Work in a Fast paced Start Up Environment

• Experience working both independently and in teams
• A quick learner and flexible innovator who thrives on constant business evolution
• Able to adopt and lead adoption of multiple technology tools
• Project manage the roll out of reporting, systems and processes

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field
• Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security
• Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance or IT function
• Experience with Salesforce.com required
• MS Excel power user
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Power BI)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commercial acumen
• Detail oriented and reliable with strong organisational skills
