OPSM is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses. We seek a passionate and engaging Associate Dispenser to join our OPSM team in Mandurah. You will be involved in the customer journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising high-fashion frames (from luxury brands) to suit the customer's lifestyle.

We are seeking individuals who want to make an impact and help people see more and be more through innovative designs, lens technologies and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the eyewear journey from consultation to fitting and aftercare
  • Assist in selecting and configuring frames to suit lifestyle and preferences
  • Provide high-quality customer service and product knowledge
