Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with knowledgeable team members, leaders, and partners on a range of geotechnical engineering projects.
  • Gaining experience with clients and learning about different parts of the business.
  • Participating in field assignments and contributing meaningfully as part of a team.
  • Receiving ongoing technical knowledge development, mentorship, and feedback.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Engineering.
  • Coursework or academic projects related to Geotechnical engineering.
  • Comfort with being out in the field on assignments.
  • A curious mindset with a drive to learn, adapt, and grow from every experience.
  • Courage to step outside their comfort zone, challenge the status quo, and own their responsibilities.
  • A collaborative spirit that values open communication, feedback, and shared success.
  • A proactive approach to managing time, solving problems creatively, and aligning with team goals.
