Data Modeller

Join a vital national initiative supporting health data transformation. As a Data Modeller, you'll work across multiple platforms to shape data solutions that support enterprise‑level reporting and analytics. You'll contribute to enhancing data models that drive informed decision‑making across the health sector.

Location: ACT, QLD or NSW

Clearance: Holding an active Baseline clearance or above is mandatory

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance conceptual, logical, and physical data models using ER Studio
  • Interpret and analyse data, relationships, flows, and lineage using SQL and other tools
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and developers to refine data architecture
  • Apply modelling methodologies including ERD, dimensional, 3NF, and Data Vault
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in database design and development
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with platforms like Oracle or SQL Server
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams
