Are you an experienced conveyancing paralegal with a passion for your work?

The Position

Considered a dynamic and reputable law firm, McInnes Wilson Lawyers is on the lookout for a high-calibre Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Brisbane Commercial Division, assisting in the sale and purchase of residential property matters. As an important member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and high-profile matters and work directly with a Principal.

  • Day-to-day, the position involves:
  • A-Z file management of residential conveyances for Buyers and Sellers
  • All forms of client correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, both internal and external and service providers;
  • End of month billing;

In return, you will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a conveyancing paralegal role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A high level of motivation and enthusiasm;
  • A high level of focus and attention to detail;
  • A team player attitude; and
  • Strong organisation skills, together with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities simultaneously.
