Principal and Senior Consultants - Air Quality

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the successful delivery of ERM Australia Pacific Air Quality projects and objectives by:
  2. Initiating and leading/supporting sales efforts, including managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, proposal writing and delivery.
  3. Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance.
  4. Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes.
  5. Building effective working relationships within project teams, disciplines, and business needs.
  6. Meeting business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client expectations, and internal and contract requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 - 10 years' relevant experience in a consulting environment, with the following:
  2. Tertiary qualifications (or higher) in engineering, science, meteorology or chemistry.
  3. Understanding of the regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.
  4. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  5. Strong initiative with the ability to work independently where required.
  6. High level Excel skills including data manipulation.
  7. Flexibility to conduct a variety of assessments and tackle complex problems using innovative solutions.
  8. Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance.
  9. Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes.
  10. Proven ability to complete projects within budget and on schedule.
  11. A genuine desire to work with a great team and to mentor and develop your colleagues.
  12. Experience in air quality dispersion modelling.
