WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior Paid Media Manager to take full control of our paid media strategy across both paid search and paid social. This is a pivotal role in the business where you won't just contribute to campaigns, you'll own them. This position will be our company expert and sole lead for all things paid media, managing the entire process end-to-end. We need someone with proven full-funnel experience from ad to sale. You'll build out strategies that don't just drive clicks, but guide prospects through every stage of the customer journey, from awareness and engagement to conversion and post sale remarketing. You'll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that deliver impact at every touchpoint, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve results.

You'll have full autonomy over campaign management, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget allocation, channel selection, optimisation, and reporting. This is a hands-on role where you'll need to be a confident self-starter, someone who can work independently, take initiative, and own paid media performance from top to bottom.

• Proven experience in a similar role managing the entire campaign lifecycle
• Paid Search / Paid Social expertise
• Full-funnel mindset & a deep understanding of customer journeys, from awareness through to conversion and the ability to build and optimise campaigns that support each stage
• End-to-end execution skills, confident taking ownership of the entire process, from strategy and setup to ongoing optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis
• Able to clearly explain campaign performance and insights to stakeholders with varying levels of digital knowledge
• Data driven, you know how to dig into the data to uncover insights, measure impact, and make informed decisions that improve campaign efficiency
