About the Opportunity:
PARC Engineering is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HSE Advisor to join our expanding Local Infrastructure and Defence Projects team. This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to the health, safety, and environmental management across a wide range of infrastructure projects, with the chance to grow within the company as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Senior HSE representative across multiple infrastructure and defence projects, reporting directly to the General Manager of Infrastructure and Defence.
• Provide expert health, safety, and environmental advice, ensuring compliance with OHS&E regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct workplace investigations, including ICAMs, audits, and risk assessments, while identifying incident trends and building strong relationships with clients.
• Promote and drive a strong safety culture across the site, while liaising with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in safety outcomes.
• Opportunity to grow and manage the Infrastructure HSE team, with direct reports including an HSE Advisor and an HSE Graduate.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an HSE Advisory role, ideally within the mining or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation, with the ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
• Experience with workplace investigations and audits, including ICAMs.
• Experience with Civil, SMP, and E&I projects.
• Procore experience is desirable but not essential.
• Valid Construction Induction Card (White/Blue), First Aid certification, and a full, unrestricted Australian driver's license.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination and drug and alcohol screening.
• Must have Australian working rights.

Additional Information:

• Projects/Location: Based in Applecross, Infrastructure & Defence projects ranging from Exmouth to Esperance. Site travel as required.
• Work Type: Permanent, full-time position.
• Shift:Monday to Friday.
• Allowances/Benefits: Company vehicle, phone allowance, and PARC benefits.
• Scope of Work: HSE oversight and senior representation across various infrastructure and defence projects across WA.
