Electrical Switchboard Fitter

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Switchboard Fitter to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a background in busbar bending, PLC wiring, and switchboard construction.

The Electrical Switchboard Fitter will be involved in the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical switchboards and control panels.

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Performing quality assurance checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Working closely with other team members and project managers to execute projects efficiently and safely

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in electrical switchboard assembly, installation, and wiring
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the electrical industry
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Relevant trade qualification or certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Current Electrical Worker's License is preferred
• Experience in the water sector is an advantage
