Overview

Assistant Store Manager position at rebel Albany store. You will be a hands-on leader, driving training, boosting team spirit, and leading by example. Join a fresh team with a supportive manager ready to mentor and lead.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
  • Lead by example, motivate and inspire the team, and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Drive training, manage floor sales, and achieve results.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.

Qualifications
  • Management / leadership experience
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Natural ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Skills in training, driving store sales, and achieving results
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security
