A day in the life
As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:
- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
- Driving Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain stock levels and maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance
About You
We'll know you're the one if you're someone:
- With demonstrated leadership experience who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style aligned with Ghanda values
- Who puts the customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
- With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role; this is not a deal-breaker — at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
