Specialised Carer - Home Care - Far North Coast – HammondCare

HammondCare At Home is expanding our services and seeking several permanent part-time Specialised Carers to support clients across the Kyogle, Tweed Heads and Lismore region. Specialised carers receive a work mobile phone, paid travel time and kilometres. Flexible start/end times are available, with weekend loading if you choose to work weekends.

• Providing personal care – helping with showering and dressing
• Helping around the home – meal preparation and light house cleaning
• Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
• Assisting with medication

• You relate to people, are patient, and solution-focused
• You may have prior experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care
• You have a valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (minimum Third Party Property Insurance)
• Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If not currently qualified, you may be supported to obtain it
• You're flexible to meet the changing needs of home care clients

• Hourly rate from $31.31 to $34.12 plus 99c/km, paid travel time, and mobile phone provided
• Full training provided; no experience required
• Secure part-time roster with 14-day cycles
• Salary packaging – up to $15,900 tax-free
• Fitness Passport membership
• First Aid Certificate provided and paid for
• Paid Certificate III in Aged Care training available to support career progression
