We are currently recruiting for a a number of Locum Physiotherapists to work in various locations in northern NSW. Locations include Ballina / Byron Bay, Grafton and other regional towns. Contract lengths would be from 6 weeks to 3+ months with the possibility for longer term work. $45-60 per hour, plus super. Accommodation can be organised and included. The role would be mainly working in Residential Aged Care, however there is the opportunity for clinic based work as well. Start ASAP.

• Mainly Residential Aged Care work, with the possibility for Clinic work too.
  
  

About the organisation:

This role would be to work for a leading provider of allied health services and work closely with one of their clients – a residential aged care facility in Kingscliff.

Duties

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments under ANACC
• Overseeing and running group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes alongside physiotherapy aides.
• Delivery of Chronic Pain Management Program
• Implementing and upgrading rehabilitation exercise programs
• Communicating with a greater team of health practitioners
• Delivery of manual handling training competencies
• Clinic based work
  
  

Requirements:

• It is a requirement to be a fully AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist
• Ability to start soon
• Located in Australia with relevant work rights
