A well-established and growing building consultancy in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join Conrad Consulting Ltd. This presents an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong technical expertise, ready to take on more responsibility and provide leadership in project delivery. You will have the chance to work across multiple sectors, including commercial, education, and residential, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for clients.

The Role:
  1. Leading the delivery of both project and professional work, from inception to completion
  2. Providing advice on a wide range of building surveying services, including dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence
  3. Liaising directly with clients, ensuring clear communication and high standards of service
  4. Managing a small team, mentoring junior surveyors, and supporting their professional development
  5. Contributing to the strategic direction of the team and assisting in winning new business
What We're Looking For:
  1. MRICS qualified with substantial experience in building surveying
  2. Strong technical expertise and project management skills
  3. Proven experience in a client-facing role and a track record of successful project delivery
  4. Confidence in managing and developing a team
  5. Ability to mentor and support junior surveyors and manage multiple projects simultaneously
