The Opportunity

We are seeking a Network Planner to join our Centralised Planning Division, supporting network planning for one of our popular building materials.

About The Role
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives within the CSR network.
  • Partner with distribution, customer service, production planners, and teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor stock levels and rebalance as needed.
  • Identify inventory policy violations.
  • Track STOs and ensure timely delivery to customer sites.
  • Monitor inventory performance against KPIs.
  • Manage SAP purchase orders and STO details, reflecting changes.
  • Review monthly distribution requirements and recommend strategies to minimize excess stock and shortages.
What You'll Bring
  • At least three years of professional experience in supply chain planning.
  • Essential SAP experience.
  • Experience with first-principles inventory management methods.
  • Numerate and systems literate.
  • Exposure to S&OP / IBP environments.
  • Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Effective cross-functional communication and influencing skills at a senior level.
