Now we're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to take the reins at our Glendenning site, energise the team, and help shape the next generation of CMTP leaders.
The Role
As Production Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations and the site's overall performance. You'll lead a dynamic team, champion safety and quality, drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee new equipment installations, and be visible on the floor, leading by example. You'll work closely with senior management to set targets and deliver real results.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach and mentor a dynamic team of permanent and casual staff.
- Champion safety, quality, and productivity – ensuring standards are not only met but continually improved.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and lift efficiency.
- Oversee new equipment installations and embed best-practice systems.
- Be visible and hands-on on the floor – leading by example.
- Work closely with senior management to set targets and deliver real results.

- Understands safety systems, SOPs and risk assessments inside-out.
