Due to ORS' continued growth, the Occupational Therapy team is in need of our next superstar to join the team
You will work alongside 80+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. More importantly, you will also work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments
- Sensory Assessments
- Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments
- Home Modifications Assessments (including complex)
- Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments
- Environmental Risk Assessments
- Skill building and ongoing therapy
The majority of your clients will be seen in the paediatric clinic in Pakenham; however, you will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, and schools.

Learning and Development:
At ORS, we truly value the clinical and professional development of our staff. That is why we have a team of Learning and Development Managers on staff who possess 20+ years of clinical Occupational Therapy experience, extensive background in university lecturing, and impressive qualifications. You will be able to connect with these experts in one-on-one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice.
Graduate Programs:
If you have recently graduated or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. A few requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
