Our client is a transdisciplinary team of allied health professionals and support therapists specializing in treating children and adults. The team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants, Psychologists, Speech Therapists, and Dieticians. They have been successfully assisting individuals in reaching their goals for the past ten years in Perth and the Southwest of Western Australia.

They offer comprehensive, evidence-based, and person-centered practice. Their holistic approach aims to achieve meaningful goals to maximize confidence, skills, and independence.

This position will be based at their Bunbury clinic but will involve travel within work hours to other areas surrounding Perth and within the Southwest.

Physiotherapists must be dynamic and experienced. A minimum of 18 months' experience as a Physiotherapist is preferred, especially in the neurological or disability industry. Experience with both adults and pediatrics is valued, or a willingness to learn and develop in both areas. New employees will have exposure to therapists experienced in Bobath Therapy, Feldenkrais, and Hippotherapy.

Key Responsibilities of Physiotherapists
  1. Provide assessment and rehabilitation services to children and adults.
  2. Liaise with and support families, caregivers, support agencies, and other health disciplines.
  3. Assist in coordinating therapy plans to maximize patient outcomes.
  4. Conduct assessments and prescribe equipment and modifications.
Registration Requirements
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Valid Working with Children's Check.
  • Current full driver's license.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Required Qualifications
  • Qualification in Physiotherapy (undergraduate or Master's degree).
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Physiotherapist (minimum of 18 months).

Our therapists demonstrate high levels of communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills. This is a salaried position with flexible working conditions. Knowledge of NDIS processes is desirable.
