Service Cooridnator

Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Western Sydney

Design & Build Recruitment are currently assisting a leading M&E services contractor in Sydney. They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator with HVAC experience to schedule jobs and coordinate their internal team of HVAC technicians to sites across Sydney.

1. Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations based on priority and technician availability.
2. Main point of contact for customers, responding to service requests, inquiries, and concerns.
3. Create, manage, and track work orders in the system, ensuring that all necessary information is up to date.
4. Support technicians by providing details on service calls, handling customer escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
5. Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in service coordination in the HVAC industry.
2. Experience with scheduling software is preferred, but not essential.
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Salary up to $90k plus super based on experience.
2. Established, stable contractor who is looking to expand the service team.
3. Long-standing relationships with clients.
4. Collaborative office environment.
