Overview

An amazing opportunity to join a global organisation as a Territory Manager based in Geraldton (WA), Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Be the professional, knowledgeable, reliable & trusted BOC Sales contact for the customer stakeholder(s).
  • Manage a portfolio of customers within the territory.
  • Identify, develop and commercialize growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Use Linde provided sales tools to support the Account Management process.
  • Maintain customer stakeholder's perception of value and confidence in BOC as a solutions provider.
  • Increase portfolio profitability through price & contract management, increased zone density and profitable use of product substitution.
  • Generate and convert leads by identifying customer business growth opportunities to grow zone cylinder holdings and/or volume density.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities with complete information and interactions.
  • Commercialize new business wins consistent with agreed terms.
  • Understand, monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
Qualifications
  • You have strong selling (business development) and negotiation skills.
  • Judgement to challenge customer paradigms when appropriate.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Strong understanding of price management (grow margin, pricing and profit).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrates initiative and results-focused mindset.
