About the Role
The Cloud & Custom Applications team are seeking a highly experienced Integration Architect to join our dynamic and growing Enterprise Integration practice.

The Integration Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable integration solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of integration patterns, technologies, and best practices, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to manage relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can gather business requirements through engagement and workshops and translate the requirements into effective integration solutions. This role expects the ideal candidate will own the integration solution, and drive it through technical architecture review and approvals process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise integration architecture roadmap.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies and provide options assessment.
  • Define and implement API strategies and integration governance including integration competencies and C4E.
  • Design and document integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
  • Create detailed architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, specifications, and documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and govern the development and implementation of complex integration solutions.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
  • Ensure Industry best practices are followed, and the solutions are in compliance with security policies.
  • Mentor and guide team members.
  • Work with multi-vendor cloud integration platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT Architecture, and Implementation team to define integration requirements.
  • Lead Integration design reviews and workshops, and setting up of framework for program level design reviews.
Your Profile
  • 12+ Years of experience in the industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration architecture and development.
  • Extensive experience with design and implementation of solutions on leading integration technologies and platforms like MuleSoft, Kafka Confluent, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Kong, IBM Integration Bus, webMethods.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with integration patterns (e.g., message queuing, API management, ETL, ESB).
  • Strong documented experience with API led architecture, microservices architecture, and Event Driven Architecture.
  • Strong understanding and grasp of security principles and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of API design and development (REST, SOAP).
  • Proficiency in data modeling and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Relevant Certifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MuleSoft Integration Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
