About You

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, have Current First Aid and CPR Certificates, and possess a Current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inspire children through engaging experiences and play-based learning
  • Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Document and celebrate children's developmental milestones
  • Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
