Role Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst, Supply Chain within the Global Supplier Alliance (GSA) team at Resmed , you'll be part of a passionate and collaborative group focused on uncovering insights and delivering innovative data-driven solutions. This role supports strategic procurement and supplier management, driving measurable impact across our global supply chain operations.

You'll partner with a wide range of stakeholders—from technical experts like Data Architects to business leaders such as Category Managers and Finance Analysts—to turn data into actionable value. Success in this role means delivering outcomes that align with our mission: changing lives with every breath.

Let's Talk About the Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor analytics team members by sharing best practices in BI, data analytics, and big data solutions.

  • Deliver advanced analytics by researching and solving complex technical challenges.

    • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and identify opportunities where data solutions can drive business value.

      • Translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations suitable for stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

        • Participate in data governance, architecture, integration, and change management efforts.

          • Provide analytical support for both ongoing business operations and ad-hoc projects.

            • Document processes, methodologies, and results clearly and consistently.

Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience :

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science , Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex business environment.

    • Hands-on experience across various phases of the data project lifecycle: strategy, scoping, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.

      • Strong background in data governance, transformation, warehousing, and visualization.

Preferred:

• Experience leading end-to-end analytics projects or independently delivering analytics products.

  • Familiarity with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

    • Experience working in regulated or quality-assured environments.

      • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior analysts or lead technical initiatives.
