Currently, we are looking for an IAM Technical Business Analyst for our Health industry client to join the Security team.

Location: Melbourne CBD (hybrid)

Type: 6+ Months Contract

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IAM Technical Business Analyst to join our client's cybersecurity team. You will bridge the gap between technical specialists and business stakeholders, shaping and delivering robust Identity & Access Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze IAM business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to design effective IAM solutions.
  • Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to optimize IAM operations.
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and assist in deployment activities.
  • Ensure IAM processes adhere to regulatory standards, industry best practices, and organizational policies.
About You
  • Solid experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Identity & Access Management.
  • Understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, etc.) and experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver clear technical specifications and detailed functional documents.
