Paramount Browns' is a South Australian family-owned business. Established in 1898, we are a long established, hardware, machinery and scrap metal business and one of the largest independent hardware stores in South Australia.

Based at our Gepps Cross site, our hardware and machinery division are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our growing team. As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily staff and operations to ensure smooth and safe running of the site.

Primary Responsibilities

Leading our passion for exceptional customer service and customer first values.

Providing onsite leadership, support and performance management to the sales and warehousing teams.

Oversee day to day operations and team rosters.

Maintaining a high level of communication for daily activities, customer and staff feedback with the management team.

Develop, maintain and enforce company policies, procedures, training, ethics, and safety protocols.

Qualification requirements

Retail or hospitality management experience, with a proven track record.

Strong background in customer service.

Experience in developing and coaching a team.

Skills

Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills with a customer first mentality.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Availability

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, plus one weekend shift per month.

Fully maintained company vehicle and phone.

Flexible hours.
