CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Leading Hands, Foremen, and Plumbers to join pipe crews delivering critical civil infrastructure projects across South-East and Central Queensland.

Whether you're already based locally or looking to relocate for a fresh opportunity, we're keen to connect with skilled civil workers ready to step up and lead from the front or bring trade-qualified plumbing expertise to high-impact infrastructure works.

As a Pipe Crew Leading Hand or Foreman, you'll play a key role in supervising pipelayers, operators, and labourers on site. You'll be responsible for overseeing the installation of sewer, stormwater, and water mains, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Plumber, you'll contribute trade-level knowledge and hands-on capability across civil water infrastructure works, including pipe installations and system connections, all in line with the SEQ Code and regulatory standards.

Locations: Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane & Surrounds, Gold Coast, Toowoomba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist pipe crews across day-to-day operations.
• Read and interpret plans; set out line, level, and grade.
• Allocate labour and plant to meet production targets.
• Liaise with Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
• Ensure safety compliance (SWMS, JHAs) and maintain QA standards.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot as needed.
• Support the installation of water, stormwater, and sewer mains.
• Mentor and train junior crew members or apprentices.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in civil pipe installations (stormwater, sewer, water).
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Civil Plumber.
• Competency in reading civil plans and using laser levels.
• Familiarity with SEQ Code and industry specifications.
• Construction White Card and valid Driver's Licence (MR or HR desirable).
• Additional tickets such as excavator, confined space, or high-risk work licences highly regarded.
