What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing holistic financial advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, insurance, and wealth creation
  • Managing and growing an existing client base
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the financial planning division
  • Maintaining high advice standards and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Leading and mentoring as the team expands in future growth stages

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a licensed Financial Adviser in Australia
  • FASEA-approved qualifications
  • A genuine passion for helping clients achieve financial success
  • Strong business development skills and ability to grow new business
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
  • A desire to be part of a growth journey, not just a salaried role
