Lease Administrator Role
The Lease Administrator will provide key support to the Lease Administration team in managing ongoing data and client budget processes. This role involves providing administrative support to the Transaction Management team in preparing standard documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload fully executed lease documents into the relevant system.
- Complete lease obligation summaries, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Maintain and update document registers, security deposits, insurance records, and other related documentation.
- Calculate and verify Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases and update these changes in CREAM/FOCUS systems.
- Generate draft expenditure rent rolls for review and analysis.
- Review expenditure rent rolls, flagging exceptions and variances for prompt attention.
- Prepare funding requests and ensure non-recurring payments are processed according to lease terms.
- Process purchase orders as required and maintain accurate records of supplier payments.
- Analyse and resolve landlord payment inquiries, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare workflows to adjust payments and reconcile charges, determining outstanding payments and preparing termination workflows for leases that have ended.
- Distribute on/off registers accurately and efficiently.
Background and Experience:
- The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in Accounts Payable/Receivable, or real estate lease administration/data management. Experience working with multinational corporations or real estate service providers is highly valued.
- Strong ability to manage and maintain accurate data, prioritizing tasks within tight operational and financial deadlines.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- University Graduate/MBA in Finance or a related field.
