Content Creator

This role is with an independent full-service agency filled with talented people that deliver across Brand Strategy, Media, Creative and Production. They fundamentally believe in the principle of 'better together', and work as one team to tackle each brief and provide the best integrated solutions for our client's needs.

This role is for a creative and trend-driven Social Content Creator to join their social team. In this role, you will bring brands to life through engaging social content, adapting existing design templates, and collaborating to develop campaign ideas.

You should have a strong background in social media, with a focus on hands on content creation design and production. You understand what resonates with consumers on social platforms and know how to create content that connects—especially within the health, wellness, and beauty space. Agility is key, as you will be working across different consumer segments, ensuring the content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.

You will be confident across:

• Content Creation: Design engaging static, animatic and video content for social media
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity
• Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with creative and social teams on campaign execution
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes
• Performance Analysis: Track and optimize content performance using social insights
• Process Management: Handle social studio bookings, briefs, and time management
• Ability to understand client briefs and communicate key visual and copy messaging on brand.
• Ability to translate brand ideas into social media content fit for different social platforms
• Ability to creatively apply and optimise performance learnings to improve content
• High attention to detail—small things make a big difference
