Overview

We are hiring two Client Care Assistant roles: a casual position (Fridays) and a permanent part-time position (15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Flexibility to cover other days as required is available.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all clients and act as the first point of contact
  • Answer phone calls in a timely manner
  • Process payments and respond to incoming emails from clients and care providers
  • Maintain client records and manage the appointment diary
  • Assist with closing down and covering the hydrotherapy pool at the end of some shifts (training provided)
About You (Qualifications & Attributes)
  • An administration wiz
  • Client focused with experience in customer service
  • A team player
  • Kind, emotionally intelligent and accountable
  • Experience in a medical support role (highly desirable)
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities

Hours & Employment Type

The casual role is Fridays only, with potential to cover sick and annual leave. The permanent part-time role is 15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 6:45am and 6:00pm.
