Insurance Brokers - Seniors / Account (Managers / Executives / Assistants) ClaimsSENIORS - TEAM LEADERS (UP TO $200K) - 3 POSITIONS

Senior Account Manager (New): 15 years experience. Ideally manages a book of medium to large SME clients and takes on a senior mentoring role with a vision for growth and development of the book and business.

Senior Account Manager – Account Director: Lead, manage, and develop a portfolio of $650k, oversee a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster talent development and knowledge sharing.

Senior Account Executive: Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients, managing a $400k - $600k portfolio mainly of Commercial/Mid-Market business. Seek new business opportunities, retain existing clients, and support team development.

Account Manager: Responsible for acquiring, managing, and developing SME insurance clients. Focus on new business development and maintaining client relationships.

Account Executive - North West: Manage SME client portfolios, handle renewals, re-marketing, endorsements, and new business. Must be Tier 1 compliant, experienced with Winbeat & Sunrise, and able to build rapport with clients and underwriters.

Account Executive Strata CBD: Require 3 years of property, strata, and broking experience, managing 60-80 strata renewals monthly. Full work rights and Tier 1 qualification required.

Part-time Broker - 3 days: Handle scheme-based accounts, working with Tools of Trade and Liability. Tier 1 compliant, experienced with Winbeat, attention to detail, and benefits from a well-known brand.

Assistant Account Executive: Support Account Managers with tasks like processing quotations, renewals, and administration. High computer literacy, accuracy, and customer service experience required.

Assistant Account Executive: Support two Account Executives, handling renewals, quotes, endorsements, claims, and liaising with underwriters. Experience with Winbeat & Offictech preferred.

Assistant Account Executive: Manage portfolios of SME and Domestic clients, team-oriented, driven to succeed.

Assistant Account Executive: Join the Affinity Team, focus on Allied Health and Motor Products, entry-level training available.

CLAIMS - (New) x 2

Claims / Brokerage: Manage around 150 open claims, with at least 3 years of property (Strata) & broking claims experience, preferably within a brokerage. Responsible for claims processes, requiring strong analytical and negotiation skills.
