Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of the factory personnel to align with production priorities
- Hold pre-start meetings each day before the shift
- Work with the procurement team to ensure required materials are available to enable efficient production
- Review and analyse production drawings to assist factory personnel
- Work closely with management to ensure planned production is being met
- Analyse and develop productive systems and procedures to enable an efficient work force
- Work with management to coordinate factory personnel daily shift hours
- Advise Management of continuous improvement opportunities
- Running a team of 15–25 personnel
- Typically a 10 hour working day with a 5am start, Monday - Friday
About you
- Previous precast concrete experience highly desirable
- High level ability to read and review drawings
- Strong analytical thinking
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi task
- Possess a real "can do" attitude
- High levels of enthusiasm
- Enjoys working within a team environment
- Be physically fit
- Must have full working rights for within Australia
