Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to clients, adapting caseload to your specialty or a varied mix as needed.
- Coordinate and deliver care that supports clients in their daily living activities and community participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in personal development and peer support structures (e.g., weekly 1:1s and buddy system).
- Utilise provided equipment and technology, and engage with the in-house PD program to support professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational house rules.
- A relevant degree or qualification as an OT
- A valid driver's licence + your own reliable wheels
- Current First Aid, Working With Children Check & Police Clearance
- AHPRA registration + professional indemnity/public liability cover (or readiness to obtain)
- Choose your caseload – specialise or vary your caseload to keep things fresh
