As a Food & Beverage Attendant in one of our casual dining restaurants and bars, you will contribute to the efficient operations of our busiest venues Your enthusiasm and can-do attitude will see you providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
  • Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours
  • Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
