Rehabilitation Consultant role at Rehab Management.
Responsibilities- Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
- Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
- Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
- Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
- You hold a Master's qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
- Registered with ASORC, AHPRA or AASW
- Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License
